What we collect
Candidate forms collect your name, contact details, role and experience information, message and uploaded CV. A CV may contain work history, qualifications, licences and references. Employer forms collect business and contact details, position requirements and other information you provide. Basic technical data, such as an IP address and browser information, may be processed to operate and secure the site.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess candidate suitability for relevant opportunities, discuss possible roles or workforce needs, manage recruitment and labour hire enquiries, and keep records of those interactions. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to respond or assess your enquiry.
Who may receive it
Relevant candidate information may be shared with prospective clients or host businesses when considering an opportunity. Website submissions and uploaded CVs are stored in the site’s private systems. Form notifications are sent through Resend to our designated email inboxes; candidate notifications include the uploaded CV as an attachment. We also use service providers for website hosting and storage, and may disclose information when required or authorised by law. We do not publish your CV on this site. We aim to discuss a particular opportunity with you before putting you forward.
Sensitive information
Please do not upload medical records, identification documents, criminal history checks or other sensitive information through the general registration form. If needed for a role, we will explain an appropriate process.
Storage and overseas processing
We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, including restricting access to submissions. Our website, storage and email providers may process or store information outside Australia. Resend stores email data in the United States, including notifications and CV attachments sent through its service.
Access, correction and concerns
Contact enquiries@hardrockpersonnel.com.au or 0457 338 462 if you want access, a correction, to stop being considered for roles, or to raise a privacy concern. We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about a privacy complaint.
Retention and changes
We keep information while needed for recruitment, business, legal or record keeping purposes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. This policy may be updated as services and systems develop.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an employment relationship or guarantee work, a placement or the availability of a candidate. Details of any role, labour hire service or recruitment arrangement will be confirmed separately.
